Refund policy

At WABI OILS , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns and exchanges under certain circumstances.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • Unopened and Unworn: We will only accept returns or exchanges for fragrances that are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. 


What We Cannot Accept:

  • Opened or used fragrances: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot currently accept returns or exchanges for opened or used fragrances.
  • Items purchased on sale: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  •  Items damaged due to improper use: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or use of the product.


Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at info@codeperfume.in or by phone at +91 8848 24 72 51

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.


Refunds:

  •  Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  •  Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
